Welcome to Marlowe Village
Marlowe Village will be located on land adjacent to the historic Freewoods Farm, providing a special opportunity to create lasting affordability and life change for the families who will purchase homes here.
This land will be able to accommodate 24 safe, affordable homes for local Horry County families, and will result in a $6.2 million investment in local affordable homeownership.
Marlowe Village is built by Horry County—by locally owned businesses, dedicated volunteers, and the hardworking families who will call it home.
