Step 2
Gather Your Documents
To process your application, we'll need:
- Current mortgage statement (if applicable)
- Three current consecutive pay stubs for each job
- Proof of all household income
- Previous two years' tax returns
- Proof of homeowner's insurance
- Recent utility bills
- Last two months of bank statements for every account
- Veterans: DD214 or VA Identification Card
Applications cannot be reviewed until all required documentation has been received.

If your application is approved to move forward, our construction team will schedule a home visit to evaluate the repair needs and determine the scope of work.
