Meet the The Wilson Family

Shekedra, a proud mother of two, works as a certified medical assistant with Care Team. She first learned about Habitat for Humanity through another Habitat Homebuyer and was inspired to apply. Determined to become the first homeowner in her family, Shekedra dreams of providing a stable and nurturing environment where her children can grow and thrive. Rather than putting her hard-earned money toward rent, she is eager to invest in a home of her own—one that will bring security, pride, and a lasting legacy.
