BTW Residents and the City of Myrtle Beach Celebrate the Opening of a New Splash Pad at Futrell Park

We are thrilled to announce that the first-ever splash pad in a city park has officially opened at Futrell Park! The Myrtle Beach community gathered in high spirits as children from near and far eagerly awaited the first splash in this exciting water playground. Thanks to a remarkable community effort and partnerships between organizations, this dream has become a refreshing reality!
Futrell Park is now home to a magnificent splash pad that promises endless fun and relief from the summer heat. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, families and friends can now come together to enjoy the vibrant water features and interactive play zones, making unforgettable memories along the way.
The grand opening was a tremendous success, with smiling faces, laughter, and pure joy filling the air. One of the highlights was the presence of Mister Softee, who generously offered cool treats to everyone, adding an extra touch of sweetness to the occasion.
