Habitat for Humanity of Horry County is proud to announce the successful completion of our End of Year Campaign, raising more than $50,000 to support affordable housing, critical home repairs, and financial education programs throughout our community.

A special thank you goes to Anderson Brothers Bank, who once again served as our End of Year Campaign sponsor. For the second year in a row, Anderson Brothers Bank provided a $12,000 matching gift, doubling the impact of donations made during the campaign and encouraging supporters to give generously before year’s end.

This year’s campaign highlighted the Logan family, who recently closed on their new Habitat home after years of living in unsafe housing conditions. Their story reflects the heart of Habitat’s mission — partnering with hardworking families to build strength, stability, and self-reliance. Beyond one family, the funds raised will support veterans receiving critical home repairs, families building financial confidence through education and mentorship, and future homeowners working toward safe, affordable housing.

“We are deeply grateful to Anderson Brothers Bank for their continued partnership and generosity,” said Rachel Kennon, Assistant Executive Director. “Their support strengthens our mission and inspires our community to come together to create lasting change.”

As we begin a new year, we do so with gratitude and momentum — thanks to Anderson Brothers Bank and every donor who supported our End of Year Campaign and helped make this impact possible.
