Habitat for Humanity of Horry County homeowners, home buyers, core volunteers, staff and more will gather for the dedication of home #152 on Friday, November 20th at 1:00pm. The home has been sponsored by First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach.
The soon to be homeowner of home #152, Shonta, is a Myrtle Beach native. She is a mom to two active teenagers, Zieree and Jeffrey. Zieree is a recent graduate of Myrtle Beach High School with hopes of joining the Air Force and Jeffery is a current Sophomore at Myrtle Beach High School.
Shonta joined the Habitat Home Buyer Program in September 2018 because she wanted to provide a better life for her children. She hopes that through this program she has shown her children that she works hard for them, but also show them that it’s important to help others and to continue to build others up.
