Derby Day Event
Myrtle Beach, SC – Tickets are on sale now for Habitat for Humanity of Horry County and Coastal Carolina Sertoma’s Annual Derby Day Event at Grande Dunes Marina Park on May 4, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. The event will include great food, open bar, live entertainment by Alan Bibey & Grasstowne, contests for best Derby inspired attire and best hat, horse raffle, live and silent auctions and live broadcast of the Derby race.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in their Derby best! The event is rain or shine and ticket costs are $85/individual or $150/couple. Sponsorship opportunities are available. For more information or to purchase tickets visit www.habitatmb.org.
All proceeds to go Habitat for Humanity of Horry County and Coastal Carolina Sertoma Club. Habitat for Humanity of Horry County will use funds to help construct a home for a low-income family in Horry County. Habitat for Humanity of Horry County is currently constructing Home #144 with two more homes set to break ground later this spring in Myrtle Beach. Coastal Carolina Sertoma Club will use funding for their “Take a Kid Shopping” Christmas event where children from Myrtle Beach Elementary are paired up with a Coastal Carolina Sertoma member and then purchase Christmas gifts for themselves and their family at a local Wal-Mart.
