Sonya and her three sons completed Habitat for Humanity’s Home Buyer Program and will be purchasing the home with a zero percent interest mortgage. Sonya entered the Habitat Home Buyer Program in October 2016 and have since completed over 530 sweat equity hours, attended monthly financial classes, paid closing costs and paid off all existing debt in order to purchase their home with a zero percent interest mortgage.
